About Us Before the foundation of “Sirius Plus” LTD Yerevan ACN RTD had organized one-year computer courses. Then on 17.09.1997 “Sirius Plus” LTD was founded. “Sirius Plus” LTD was founded by the joint efforts of candidate of technology, assistant professor of the engineering University Grisha Tigranyan, engineer, system-technician Ara Tigranyan and engineer Karapet Kostanyan. Grisha Tigranyan was elected as president of “Sirius Plus” LTD. “Sirius Plus” LTD is entitled to take up the main types of the following activity: 1. Technical and special secondary education. 2. Creating the base of data. 3. Technical service and repair of computers. 4. Organizing light and entertaining measurements. 5. Creating computer programs. After founding “Sirius Plus” LTD computer courses were actively organized. Two and six-month courses are organized for the population of Shirak region. Two-hour lessons are organized every day except Sunday. Five groups (10 pupils in each) take lessons a day. The participants of the courses are given opportunity to use other means of communication. English teaching courses are also organized in “Sirius Plus” LTD. most of the course graduates work in different organizations of Shirak region. “Sirius Plus” LTD organized technical service and repair of computers. Sirius Plus” LTD got a license and published “From Hand to Hand” free of charge weekly paper of advertisements in Armenian (part of the material given is in either Russian or English). The newspaper for six months, then it was ceased on 01.04.1999 because of the lack of financial means “certificate of mass media state registration N 923”. “Sirius Plus” LTD was applied to the Ministry of production and got a permission (certificate 015001481) to found “Sirius Plus” TV editorial-office. The opening measurements of the office are in process. ”Sirius Plus” LTD has a contract with “Tsaig” TV studio to provide the technical services of the company. “Sirius Plus” LTD has co-operated with “Marketing Centre”, which gained grant from “Eurasia” foundation. The web page to enlighten the activities of “Marketing Centre” was designed and opened in Internet by a “Sirius Plus” web designer Armen Tigranyan. In this field “Sirius “Plus” LTD also works with private people, and pages are prepared and placed in Internet according to their suggested models. One of the best pages in this field is the page devoted o the works of painter and poet H. Avetissyan. The technical base of “Sirius Plus” LTD consists of “Pentium” type 12 computers. It has a permanent Internet connection, different typing equipment, scanner, digital camera, etc. “Sirius Plus” LTD organized its advertisements through “Shant”, “Tsaig” TV studios. These advertisements are also published in local newspaper “Sirius Plus” LTD is included in the reference book of USA collaboration of international development published by the assistance of “Eurasia” foundation are one of the most viable LTDs. Ten specialists work in the staff, who have a perfect command of using new computer technique and programs.
